Makeup is great, but beautiful hair and beautiful skin also come from the beauty inside. Just as you start preparing for the wedding months in advance, so you should start taking care of your skin ahead of time.
So that on the wedding day, along with the make-up, the natural glow of the skin doubles your appearance so that the eye that sees can see. And the fun part is that it’s not all that difficult, you just have to take some time for yourself.
One of the first things he said was to use as many natural ingredients as possible to protect your skin. No bleach, facial or chemical ingredients should be used during this time and no expensive products need to be bought from the market.
Instead, use natural ingredients and focus on your diet. As a result, your skin will become as soft and supple as a baby’s.

First Comes The Face

If you are keen to do make-up, give up make-up two months before the wedding – so that your skin stays away from the use of chemicals and make your wedding day look unique.

1.    Cleansing

For facial cleansing, mix a quarter cup of coconut oil and two tablespoons of honey in a bottle. When washing the face, first wash the face with water, then take a small amount of oil in the hands, rub the two palms together and heat the oil and massage it in a circle on the whole face and neck.  After thirty to fifteen seconds, wash with lukewarm water. When washing, move your fingers in a circular motion to clear the oil.

2.    Toner

After cleansing, apply rose water on your face and neck with a cotton bud for tongs. Rose liqueur is the best toner.

3.    Moisturizing

Glycerin, rose water and lemon juice are excellent moisturizers for the skin. Take equal amounts of glycerin and lemon juice, mix it with double the amount of rose water and put it in a bottle.  Whenever you wash your face and hands, apply this moisturizer later.

4.    Scrub

Mix half a teaspoon of coconut, olive or mustard oil in half a cup of sugar. Put it in a bottle and scrub five minutes two to three times a week for five minutes. Then wash with normal water.

5.    Tomato Face

Mask

Mix a tomato paste and a quarter teaspoon of honey to make a mask. Apply this mask on face and neck. Put cucumber pieces on the eyes.
Lie down until the mask is dry. When dry, wash with water. This mask lightens the complexion, removes dark spots on the face and makes the skin soft and supple.

Gram Floor (basin) Face Mask

To make this mask, add one teaspoon of milk, three drops of honey and a pinch of turmeric to two to three teaspoons of basin. Leave the mask on face and neck for 15 minutes and then wash off. If you really want to brighten your complexion, use this magic mask as a natural bleach for skin tone. Use this face mask every four days.

Tip For The Eyes

To cool and de-puff the eyes, cut a small potato and grind it in cold water and put it in the freezer for a few minutes to cool. Now lie down and put this mashed potato under your eyes, close your eyes for fifteen minutes and let your body loose. Take deep breaths and keep your mind calm. Do this once a week.

Ubtan

It has been a centuries-old tradition for brides to use abtan on their bodies before their wedding. To make Upton, mix a cup of basin, a teaspoon of turmeric, two teaspoons of lemon juice, two teaspoons of milk, and a tablespoon of almond or coconut oil. Apply on the buttocks, lightly rub with hands and take off while rubbing. When the abdomen is down, massage equal amount of olive and almond oil on the body.
This massage helped to remove the abtans left on the body and softened the dry parts. Take a shower half an hour after the massage. After bathing, put a few drops of olive or almond oil in a mug of water and pour that water on your
body. It keeps the skin soft. Never rub your body or face with a towel, but wait for the body to dry and then apply body butter all over the body.

Foot Protection

We often forget to protect our feet while they play an important role in enhancing our beauty. Take hot water in the tub, add shampoo and salt in it and leave it for twenty to twenty five minutes. Then wrap your feet in a towel. When your feet are dry, apply a thick layer of petroleum jelly on them and wear socks for half an hour. You should also do this therapy in summer.

Night Beauty Routine

Wash your face thoroughly before going to bed at night to get rid of the dirt that accumulates on your face during the day. Believe me, I have used many cleansers so far, but milk is the best cleanser. Soak cotton hair in milk and massage it on the face and cleanse the face. Then wash your face with face wash. When the face is dry (do not wipe with a towel), apply this night mask on the face.

Night Mask

Add a tablespoon of milk, two drops of honey and two drops of lemon juice to a bowl. Gently massage the mask all over your face with your fingers for five minutes. Especially massage near your eyes and mouth. After applying this mask for 20 minutes, wash your face with cold water. The lactic acid in milk helps to soothe dark circles, it also brightens the complexion and removes pimples on the face.

Eyes

Finally, take a few drops of almond oil in your hand and massage it around your eyes. This oil works magic to get rid of freckles and freckles.  It soothes the eyes and refreshes the tired

Then Apply Moisturizer

Then apply a moisturizer mixture made of glycerin and rose liqueur on your hands and feet so that your hands and feet stay soft and supple all night and their dryness disappears.

Massage mustard oil on the scalp before bathing and wash the scalp at least an hour later. I washed my hair three times a week.

2-    Hair Mask

I used two hair masks one after the other.

3-    Yogurt Mask

Mix half a cup of yogurt (more or less depending on the length of your hair), a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and a teaspoon of honey in a bowl and apply on the scalp from the roots to the tips of the hair.
After a minute, wash your hair with lukewarm water. Then shampoo your hair again. This mask makes hair healthy and soft. This mask does not allow oil to come out of the head. If any of you have a problem with greasy hair then this mask is perfect for you.

4-    Egg Mask

An egg yolk, half a cup of milk (increase the amount of milk if you have long hair), squeeze the juice of a lemon and mix two tablespoons of olive oil.  From the root to the tip of the hair. Massage into the scalp and apply on the scalp for 15 minutes and cover with a shower cap.
